  • Lead counsel for a Mexican conglomerate in real estate and hospitality development projects in Los Cabos, Quintana Roo and Campeche Mexico in connection with the structuring, drafting and negotiating of the financing, collateral and projects’ documents.
  • Lead advisor of a Mexican financial institution in a real estate project in Cancun, Mexico in connection with conducting due diligence and securing required government permit for its operation.
  • Lead counsel for a Mexican industrial group regarding the acquisition of a 50,000 square meters tract of land in the port of Altamira, Mexico.
  • Lead counsel for a family-owned German world leading company in connection with its operations in Mexico regarding door controls, movable walls and accessories distribution.

  • Lead counsel to a Canadian publicly held corporation which builds and operates energy infrastructure with regards to a complex agrarian procedure in Mexico.
  • Counsel to a Mexican construction group in negotiation and documenting of a cancellation of seven figure credit facility;
  • Acted as primary law firm of a Texas-based financial institution in documenting and structuring collateral packages in Mexico to credit facilities to Mexican entities granted in the US;
  • Counsel of an important Mexican financial entity in loan restructures involving over thirty borrowers;
  • Advised an Asian shipping company in connection with the financing and acquisition of several cargo vessels.
  • Acted as Mexican counsel to a group of lenders in connection with the structuring and drafting of the financing agreements including loan agreements; promissory notes; guaranty agreements; and collateral package in Mexico including mortgages; trusts and pledge agreements to project finance the development and operation of two major combined-cycle power plants in Saltillo and Rio Bravo, Mexico.
  • Counsel to a Finnish public company in its real estate, engineering, procurement and construction energy projects in Mexico.
  • Advised a Mexican financial institution in the structuring of collateral package for the purchase of two aircrafts in Mexico by a Mexican conglomerate.
